We collect only the personal data needed to operate your booking: name, email, phone and country of residence. Payment data is processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
We never sell or share your data with third parties, except when required to operate the service (payment processing) or by law. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to our contact email.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time (100% refund). Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are not refundable. You can also reschedule to any available date free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.
